    How long does delivery take?

    Our warehouse is based in Sydney, NSW and orders usually take up to 2 working days to be processed and 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 - 4 working days. Exceptions include distant locations* and stock availability.

    How do I know if a Secretlab chair will be a good fit for me?

    Secretlab chairs are built to be highly customizable and feature a wide range of adjustments. We recognize that people come in all shapes and sizes, and our chairs are designed to accommodate various heights and weights.

    However, you should also refer to the specifications sheet for each chair for more detailed dimensions.

    How do I assemble my Secretlab Chair?

    Upon purchase and fulfilment, a confirmation email containing an Assembly Video as well as an Assembly Guide will be sent to your inbox. You can also find the Assembly Video and Assembly Guide in our Resources page.

    The Assembly Video and Guide will give you a step-by-step visual walkthrough, as well as some important safety information to keep in mind. So, watch it through at least once before you start. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

    How do I take care of my Secretlab chair?

    Secretlab chairs are exceedingly durable, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition for a long time. This means keeping liquids away from your chair, and also wiping it down once in a while to keep it clean. We’ve compiled a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed instructions, and you can refer to that for more information.

    I am really satisfied with the chair it was what i was looking for...and besides some minor noises that makes when i move it is very comfy and not that stiff that everyone says, Overall amazing exerience

    Say byebye to lower back aches

    Before I got the Titan, I was suffering from shoulder aches & lower back aches after a long gaming sesh. Somehow, getting the Titan corrects my posture & lessens my lower back aches. I love how I am able to customize almost every aspect of the chair! From the height of the arm rests to the tilt of the seat. Recently, I discovered a manufacturing defect on the left armrest which caused a squeak. Luckily, customer service replied within a day and I'll be receiving my replacement armrest in October
