The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. For more tips on keeping your gaming chair in mint condition, we’ve put together a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed maintenance instructions.
Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 working days for the rest of the country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. The chair had a side cover that arrived broken. The support team was very responsive and state they have ordered a replacement cover, however it has been a few weeks and still no replacement. When I asked what was taking so long it seems the parts come from overseas. It's unfortunate that these chairs cost a fair amount and they don't have at least a few parts on hand in case of situations like this. This chair would have had 5 stars otherwise. It supportive and comfortable but without the side cover it raises the risk of injury if chair needs to be adjusted/reclined. I can't wait to be able to cover that properly.

I suffered a car accident a few months ago. Since then, I haven't been able to sit in a chair for prolonged periods of time without pain. This changed, however. The moment I sat in the Titan Evo, I knew I had found a solution to the chronic pain. It has entirely lifted my spirits and changed my demeanor and attitude towards working. I can't recommend the chair enough to anyone that is still hesitating. I promise you; you won't regret it. Buying this chair is an investment in yourself. I can't wait to buy the table as well!
