The instructions were clear and the installation was fairly easy. As with their other products, they provide all the tools you need. The actual recliner is nice and well built. I enjoy using it and it makes quite a big difference to my overall comfort. My only problem with the recliner was that it felt flimsy at first. There is a little bit of give when you put your legs on it; however, the feeling did go away over time as I got used to it. The only other issue is that I like to rest my feet on the chair base/legs and the recliner makes it a bit harder to do that. I would recommend the product and would purchase it again.
CanadaPerfect add on to a already great chair
The leg rest is a very well built and easy to install add on to any secretlab chair, it turns an already outstanding desk chair into an excellent recliner making me not want to get up !

Decent accessory
It's a decently functional add-on for my chair. It installed efficiently and the lever action is convenient. The cushion is very plush. I'm 6'2" and find it's too short for my legs to be as comfortable as I was hoping for. I imagine it would work as intended for someone 6' or shorter, but for me it's just a tad too close for where my legs need to rest.
