The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 working days for the rest of the country.

Great value for money
This might be the best gaming chair I have ever owned. Really comfortable and great value for money

Great chair for long hours sitting
Half good, half average
Really nice, very well made chair delivered in over the top presentation with tons of packaging to dispose of. The base is amazing but the back rest is a bit too firm, possibly because of the overly fancy lumbar support which I imagine means a large portion of the back rest is plastic rather than just foam. I also think the magnetic head rest and the memory foam arm rests are amazing, but I wish the arm rests went back further or went lower, I can't get my chair close enough to my desk. And do the arm rests really need to come in such fancy packaging? I appreciate the thought that went into the packaging but I feel like it was a bit much, especially the giant glossy assembly guide that I used once and then threw away. It was a good price for a well made chair but I'm not completely comfortable on it, hopefully I will get used to it.
