Upon purchase and fulfilment, a confirmation email containing an Assembly Video as well as an Assembly Guide will be sent to your inbox. You can also find the Assembly Video and Assembly Guide in our Resources page.
The Assembly Video and Guide will give you a step-by-step visual walkthrough, as well as some important safety information to keep in mind. So, watch it through at least once before you start. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.
If you run into any issues during the assembly, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Form and our support team will do their best to help you.
Secretlab chairs are exceedingly durable, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition for a long time. This means keeping liquids away from your chair, and also wiping it down once in a while to keep it clean. We’ve compiled a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed instructions, and you can refer to that for more information.
Our warehouse is based in Sydney, NSW and orders usually take up to 2 working days to be processed and 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 - 4 working days. Exceptions include distant locations* and stock availability.
* Secretlab will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately.

- Tried both OMEGA and TITAN, sitting 6-8 hrs over a few days. - Looks great, especially with the SoftWeave Black3. - Good quality materials and sturdy built. - Seat overall is more on the firm side, which may need some time getting used to (not a bad thing, might soften over time) - Good customer service. (I did face some issues which were well attended to and resolved) - The TITAN’s built-in lumbar support is not well designed. It is not height (up/down) adjustable and the position may be uncomfortable for some people. It also makes the entire seat-back very stiff and hard, which does not provide even support across the back. Lying down position is also very uncomfortable. The OMEGA (without a built-in lumbar support) is more comfortable in this aspect. (A bad lumbar support is worse than without) - Front edge of the TITAN’s seat base is too sharply angled, which presses against the under-thighs. It should roll-off the edge (more rounded). The OMEGA is better in this aspect. - Don’t like that the OMEGA seat-base sides are angled up, which restricts leg motion and is pressing against the outer sides of the thighs. (Understand that this design might come from race car seats, but we are using a computer, not racing in a car. This serves no purpose, but add to discomfort. A friend who also owns an OMEGA calls these "thigh limiters"). Also don’t like that it is made from 3 separate pieces where the gaps in between will collect dirt over time. Would prefer a simple one-piece flat base to allow more range of leg motion and seating positions, such as cross-legged, or allowing the legs to open wider. The TITAN’s one-piece seat-base may be better, but the sides are still angled up slightly which is also a bit restrictive. - Memory foam head pillow provided is too fat and stiff to allow proper range of motion, such as looking upwards at a large computer screen. (Not practical to be used) - Overall, looks nice, SoftWeave feels good, generally quite comfortable (OMEGA fits and feels better for me), but ergonomics and practicality can be further improved. - Hope to see in the future a flat one-piece seat-base without the angled sides ("thigh limiters"), built-in lumbar support with both height and firmness (instead of depth) adjustment, a slimmer head pillow using synthetic fibres such as Micro-Gel or DownFeel.

Bought the Omega 2020 SoftWeave recently and all i can say is the chair is definitely comfortable and great to sit on.
