While the Secretlab MAGNUS features an extremely sturdy and durable steel chassis, proper care is still crucial to ensuring it continues to stay in good condition. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or cleaners as they can potentially damage the powder-coated finish of the desk. Use a cloth with water or mild, non-detergent soap to wipe it down regularly.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. We recommend tracking your order and ensuring that you’re home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

I purchased the Metal desk and L shaped extension. The build quality and packaging is amazing but at least 3 out of 7 legs has height adjustment issues. When you turn the screw to adjust the height it doesn’t engage.

The chair I purchased is exceptionally comfortable and well-crafted, providing an excellent user experience. However, I encountered an issue with the desk I ordered. The initial desk I received was defective, and a replacement was promptly dispatched. Unfortunately, I am still awaiting its arrival after three weeks. Additionally, the company lacks an Australian phone-based customer service, which limits communication options. Furthermore, I encountered a compatibility issue with the PC mount I ordered as an add-on to the desk. Upon realizing the incompatibility, I followed the customer service's advice and rejected the PC mount upon delivery. However, the warehouse mistakenly labeled the monitor arm as a PC mount, resulting in the rejection of the incorrect item. Consequently, I have yet to receive a refund or a replacement monitor arm. The customer service's response in resolving this matter has been rather slow.

I purchased the Magnus Metal Desk 2 months ago , and its such a good solid product. Best purchase made this year, desk wise. Ordered the desk riser and the cable accessories as extras. Just to have those extra cable magnets really helps with making the desk look really clean. I will definitely be upgrading to the Magnus Pro at some stage.
