We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 working days for the rest of the country.

Simply awesome
I purchased a Secretlab chair 5 years ago, after having held nicely for 5 years I decided to upgrade to the new EVO series now that I changed house. I can see the quality improved and everything that was not top notch on the older model now is.

Unboxing Quality - My Secretlab Experience
First off, about the delivery: Secretlab delivers quickly, reliably, and with tracking. I placed my order on Monday and it arrived at my doorstep by Friday of the same week. The packaging for the desk and chair is impressively high-quality, ensuring that nothing can get damaged during transit. The assembly is a breeze: The instructions are well-written and each step is additionally illustrated with pictures. The chair itself is a dream. Even during long sessions in front of the screen, it doesn't let me down. What I particularly appreciate is the adaptability of the chair: The armrests can be moved in every possible direction, and the adjustable lumbar support is excellent. I've waited a long time to get this upgrade, and I absolutely do not regret it. I can recommend to everyone, to bring a piece of comfort from Secretlab into their home. Amazing Chair
Small sample size, but really loving the chair so far. The chair was was super simple to assemble and is very comfortable. Love the ability to customize the back rest as well. Quality definitely feels like it's there in the materials/build.
