The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 working days for the rest of the country.

I’ve had my chair now little over a month and I can honestly say this is the ultimate comfort experience I have had to date!! I tend to sit longer hours in my chair for work and also gaming too, having this chair has literally been a game changer! I used to get up and find that I had back pain, but with the Titan Evo XL I can say this is a thing of the past!! I did also purchase the cooling gel armrests and again they are premium quality and exactly the level of comfort I need throughout the work day into the gaming nights!! Thank you Secret Lab!!

I bought the Titan Evo almost blind, just watched a couple of online reviews. Gladly it meets my expectations. The chair harder than most other chairs, which I prefer. The build quality is great and the packaging is also very well. The experience startet when I opened the box. Many nice details. My personal highlight is the neck pillow. Its very soft and cooling, so especially on hot days its an awesome addition to the comfort. I would recomment the product so far, also I would recomment to take a seet first if you can, cause the hard paddern isnt for every one. The chair is also pretty big (I bought medium), so my girlfriend with 1,65m has problems to usw it properly,
