The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 working days for the rest of the country.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. The delivery took a bit long due to the holidays but once I was opening the package it didn’t bothered me anymore. The chair definitely worth the price and super quality. I love the fact, that things can be replaced like the arm thing, or the skins in case the pet uses it to sharpen claws on it. I’m 1.63m and decided to go for the medium since I can’t sit normal and am sitting cross legged. It’s definitely too big for me (feet don’t touch the ground) but I’m still happy with it. It’s harder than I’m used to but it feels a lot more stable. The only part why I didn’t give all 5 starts is the packaging. I get that all parts are supposed to be packed properly but the amount of waste and even worse, the amount of plastic that can’t be made smaller was the -1 star. I know there’s a better way to pack the parts up that is also cheaper to recycle and actually recyclable. But other than that; again, perfect chair! The pillow that comes with it is also amazing! Thx guys!

Love this chair! Got the FFXIV edition. Looks great and feels great. The leather feels buttery smooth and it's very comfortable to sit in for hours. The included head rest is soft and supportive. Only quirk, which is unique to the FFXIV edition, is that the magnet for the role badges is very weak. They tend to fall off easily when slightly brushed by accident.

For anyone considering spending money for a quality item, read this: Before finding Secretlab, we ordered a Herman Miller chair. It was a waste of money, had flimsy plastic parts and the return process was painful. We received the Secretlab chair and are amazed with the weight, durability, comfort and quality of craftsmanship. This chair is incredible. We bought the upgraded wheels and it feels like you're rolling on air! Customer service is phenomenal and we are now lifelong Secretlab customers! I hope they make dining room chairs soon;)
