We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-3 working days for ACT/NSW and 2-6 working days for the rest of the country.

The chair, the packagine everything about this chair was phenomenal. I loved every single piece and bits of it. The chair is comfortable and it feels like you get what you pay for.My only issue was the shipment that costed me a whopping 352 US Dollars just to ship it to Dubai which was ridiculous and I couldnt refund it due to the transaction already taking place as a person who games alot you guys have huge potential outside the US and global shipment should be part of the service you provide. I paid double for the price of this chair. Do i regret it no, but I wouldnt recommend to anyone else absolutely not

United StatesMy son has now had this chair for 18 months , he is an avid gamer and spends hours on this chair ! Previous chairs have lasted no more than 12 months before they start to look shabby , leather becomes worn or ripped , bits start falling off etc. This is so different , after 18 months it still looks like new ! Reports from the teen state it's super comfy - it must be ...I've found him asleep in it on more than one occasion ! Adjustable to meet comfort needs. I'm really happy with this buy and so glad we paid a few extra pounds for quality. Overall very impressed.

I am very tall. He is 190cm tall and weighs 90 kilos. With size XL it is perfect for me. She feels strong and robust. My previous chair was made of leather and in my area it is very hot, with the fabric I am much more comfortable and breathable.

These are fantastic chairs. I had one for about 6 years, and it finally time to replace it I upgraded to a Titan Evo - XL. A great chair, looks fantastic, and is well built.
